Back-to-School Anxiety Workshop: A Parent's Guide to a Calmer Transition
$45.00
Limit 1 per order

The start of a new school year can bring a lot of big feelings—for kids and their parents. New teachers, changing routines, academic expectations, friendships, and simply not knowing what to expect can all contribute to back-to-school anxiety.

In this parent workshop, we’ll talk about why school transitions can feel so overwhelming for some kids and what parents can do to help. You’ll learn practical strategies for responding to worries, supporting emotional regulation, building predictable routines, and helping your child feel more confident heading into the school year.

This workshop is a best fit for parents with children in elementary school.

All workshop attendees will recieve a free PDF with handouts and resources

My child is anxious about going back to school…help?

If you’re finding that as the school year approaches your child is getting more anxious, their behavior is getting worse, and the day to day routine is starting to fall apart, you’re not alone. Many parents are struggling to know how to best support their child as the school year approaches.

In this workshop you’ll get a better understanding of back to school anxiety, learn practical tools for responding to anxiety, build strategies for big emotions, and get some take-home resources to support you.

You’ll leave this work shop feeling less “just tell them it will be okay,” and more knowing what to actually say and do when your child is anxious about school.
