ADHD Support

Parenting a child with ADHD comes with its own unique challenges. Learn how to support your child through connected, regulated, and informed parenting practices.

Discover how you can help your child be successful

While parenting a child with ADHD can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding to see them grow, develop, and learn how to make their brain work for them.

You may find that schoolwork is a battle, organization is non existent, chores lead to meltdowns, and emotional regulation is lacking. It doesn’t have to be like this. I can support you in learning how to support your child with ADHD and to help them excel.

Children can not regulate their emotions or develop the executive functioning skills they need to be successful with out direct parent involvement. I will provide you the skills and tools you need to learn how to respond to your children in regulated ways, to understand how child development is impacted by ADHD and what you can do to support your child in developing the skills they need to be successful now and in the future.

Once having a child with ADHD, many parents find that their own brains work in similar ways (ADHD runs in families!). I know that seeing the things we don’t love about ourselves reflected in our children can be frustrating. Together we can uncover and process how your own experiences impact your journey as a parent and the way that you interact with your children.

And if you’re an adult with ADHD, I’m happy to support you too! Many adults with ADHD never learned about how their brain works or were given the skills they need to manage their ADHD. Reach out to me, I’m happy to help!
