Struggling to know how to support your child with ADHD?

In this 5 week group you will learn how to support your child through:

  • Using emotional regulation skills

  • Developing tools to support executive functioning

  • Implementing routines at home that support healthy development

  • Learning about the role of consistency, structure, and regulation

  • Managing screen time challenges and promoting healthy sleep

  • Using regulated parental responses

Fee: $250 per family (more than one parent may attend)

This group is limited to 8 families.

*This group is not a therapy group. This group provides psychoeducation on supporting the ADHD child.
