Calm, Connected & Creative Group

A 5 week group for girls ages 8-11 with ADHD and Anxiety in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

More and more young girls are being diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety each day. Many parents notice that school issues, social anxiety, and screen time problems are big concerns for their daughters. Research has shown us that arts & crafts, connection with others, and time offline are excellent ways to regulate the nervous system and connect to a sense of calm. This group offers participants a chance to experience all three things!

In this 5 week group participants will:

  • Practice regulating their nervous system through engagement in creativity

  • Learn to connect to feelings of calmness in their body and identify how they can use their creativity and interests to support them

  • Form connection with others who have the shared experience of ADHD and/or Anxiety

  • Rebuild their relationship to creativity and hands on activity that may have been lost to screen-time

  • Learn about the role of the nervous system and how it works from a licensed mental health therapsit

  • Build confidence and self-esteem through art

Dates: Tuesdays, June 16th- July 14th, 2026

Time: 11:30am to 1pm

Location: 6600 City West Parkway, Suite 105, Eden Prairie MN

Fee: $300 one time fee

This group is limited to 10 participants

A formal diagnosis is not required for participation. Self-identified or those who are curious if they have ADHD or anxiety are welcome to attend.

*This group will be kept glitter free for the sake of all of us involved*
